STEPHEN HUSSEY
Born in London, UK to Zimbabwean and English parents, Stephen studied the violin and piano at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, and film composition with Amit Sen. Stephen began his professional music career with the Reggae Philharmonic Orchestra and has since earned an enviable reputation playing, arranging, orchestrating and conducting successful and ground-breaking projects both in the UK and internationally.
MUSICAL ARRANGEMENTS & COLLABORATIONS
During Stephen's career, he has enjoyed collaborating with many of the industry's finest artist's, lending his skills to the creation of many iconic recordings and award-winning projects. His dynamic combination of skills and experience has been an invaluable contribution to the creative process of many prestigious producers and artists including Nitin Sawhney, Maxi Priest, Robert Miles, Mick Jagger, Annie Lennox, Take That and The Script.

Stephen specialises in music projects that bridge different genres and cultures. His unique heritage heralds a deep understanding and empathy of a diverse range of musical styles. Stephen is the Founding member, Director and Lead violinist of the Urban Soul Orchestra.
